Functional duties :
- performance of computer equipment preparation to operation and testing;
- maintenance of PCs, office equipment (diagnostics, cleaning, modular repair);
- maintenance of a database of equipment used at the enterprise inventory;
- registration of user requests in the ServiceDesk system;
- keeping a log with a description of actions taken and decisions made, with the subsequent entry of decisions into a single database;
- processing of user requests in the established terms.
We are waiting< /b>:
- knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge of peripherals and office equipment;
- knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft software products;
- knowledge of search methods and troubleshooting in equipment, software;
- basic knowledge of computer networks;
- skills for working with ticket systems;
- responsibility, politeness, honesty, attentiveness, restraint, analytical mindset.
