Technical support specialist in SOFTKOM grup, TOV

We are busy process automation and implementation of BAS and FlyDoc software products.

We are currently looking for a technical support specialist who is ready to help our customers and grow with us.< /p>

What you will do:

• Advise customers about working with FlyDoc and BAS.
• Help with setup, provide instructions and how-to materials from developers.
• Collaborate with the development team by logging and helping to fix bugs.

• Experience of working with M.E.Doc, FlyDoc or Fredo at the level of a confident user.
• Ability to communicate with clients (clearly, politely, competently).
• Experience in technical support of 6 months or more.
• If you already familiar with BAS products is a big plus!
