Essential Requirements : 

• Proficiency in SQL (writing queries);  

• Support of business process documentation;  

• General understanding of client-server architecture;  

• Communication skills and solving cases with clients and developers

• < p style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">Working skills in JIRA

• Skills of working in any system of registration and support of applications. 

• Work experience > 1 year.  

Will be a plus:< /p>

• Experience in supporting business products;  

• Experience with logging and monitoring systems;  

• Knowledge Corezoid;  

• Higher technical education.  

  Functional requirements:  < /p>

• Working with incidents, errors;  

• Analysis of errors, independent resolution of issues or their further transfer to developers;  

• System operation monitoring;  

• Participate in the support of cortex software productssitters;  

• Maintenance and support of business process documentation;  

• Working with database data using SQL queries;  

• Teamwork (Agile).

• Ability to learn quickly and independently;  

• Ability to find the causes of software failures;  

• Excellent communication skills;

• Resistance to routine activities;
