Specialist technical support

(we invite specialists with work experience, as well as graduates of technical universities. We will teach the subtleties and nuances of this position)

Tasks:

• Providing advice to customers regarding car wash service
• Solving technical work issues car wash, remote troubleshooting
• Answering incoming calls and communicating with customers in messengers
• Registering customer requests
• Interaction with various departments of the company to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Technical education
• Work experience related to customer service (technical consultant, technical support specialist, master receiver, service engineer, sales manager, customer service manager)
• Basic knowledge and skills in water treatment, hydraulics, electricity, mechanics and principles of operation of high pressure devices will be a plus (we teach the specifics of our work)
• Willingness to work in the office (not remotely)
• Communication and customer orientation
• Proficiency in English at the pre-intermediate level will be a great advantage< /li>
