Requirements:

• A confident PC user;
• Experience in technical support (desirable);
• Willingness to learn new technologies and products;
• Understanding principles of service maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Processing applications;
• Escalation of tasks to developers or connecting other participants;
• Solving problems by phone.
