Responsibilities:

• Configuring PCs and laptops: Preparing and configuring workstations for end users , ensuring their full readiness for work.
• Installation of software: Installation and configuration of the necessary software on a computer technology, in accordance with the bank's standards.
• Technical support: Provision of operational assistance to users in solving issues related to computer and office hardware as well as software.
• Analysis and problem solving: Identifying and diagnosing user technical problems, finding optimal solutions for their elimination.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support in the bank from 2 years.
• Knowledge of the Windows OS, office software, as well as the basics of working with office equipment.
• Skills in diagnosing failures in the operation of operating rooms systems, office software, access to the Internet.
• Ability to work in a team, responsibility, focus on results.
• Higher technical education will be an advantage.

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, Sat - regular, remote - pay, or additional day off.
