Your key tasks:

• Diagnostics of computer equipment;
• Support of remote user workplaces;
• Installation and administration of OS and software ;
• Working with specific software;
• Accepting and handling incoming calls from users regarding technical issues;
• Executing user requests, as well as informing users about the fulfillment of these requests .
