We are currently looking for a Support Specialist whoseresponsibilitieswill include:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via chat, email and phone.
- Resolve technical issues related to our products or services.
>- Collaborate with the technical team to quickly resolve complex issues.
- Educate customers on product features and capabilities.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolution of issues in our CRM system.< /li>
- Contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation.
What we expect:
- Higher technical education (will be an advantage)
- At least 6 months of experience in technical support.
- Proficiency in English will be an advantage.
< li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer focus with a desire to provide exceptional service.
< li>Experience with CRM systems and application management platforms is a plus.
