We are currently looking for a Support Specialist whoseresponsibilitieswill include:

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers via chat, email and phone.
• Resolve technical issues related to our products or services.

• Collaborate with the technical team to quickly resolve complex issues.
• Educate customers on product features and capabilities.
• Document and track customer interactions and resolution of issues in our CRM system.< /li>
• Contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation.

What we expect:

• Higher technical education (will be an advantage)
• At least 6 months of experience in technical support.
• Proficiency in English will be an advantage.
< li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer focus with a desire to provide exceptional service.
< li>Experience with CRM systems and application management platforms is a plus.
