Main duties:
- Initial analysis of the problem and independent resolution of requests; users according to qualifications or documented instructions;
- Replenishing the knowledge base with new articles on solving user requests;
- Consulting and initial user support;
- Quality control and resolution deadlines requests, providing feedback to users;
Basic requirements:
