Your key tasks:

• Diagnostics of computer equipment;
• Support of user workplaces;

• Installation and administration of OS and software;
• Acceptance of IT equipment, according to primary documents and ensuring the storage of this equipment in the IT warehouse;
• Maintenance of warehouse accounting operations;
• Shipping and delivery of configured IT equipment from the warehouse;
• Executing user requests, as well as informing users about the fulfillment of these requests;
• Installation/disassembly of IT equipment on the territory of the warehouse, office premises;
• Laying of cables (optical fiber, twisted pair, coaxial cable) according to SCS standards in warehouse and office premises;
• Installation/replacement/switching of IT equipment in server cabinets.

You will need at work:

• Experience in administration of Windows, Linux family OS;
• Basic knowledge of local network setup and switching;
• Ability to plan, memorize large amounts of information, prioritize;
• Ability to solve problems quickly;
• High sociability, friendliness;
• Business communication skills, competent oral and written language;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Technical thinking and the ability to independently find solutions to problems;
• Technical support experience would be an advantage - technical education and additional IT-related skills would be a significant advantage.
