Technical support specialist in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Objective of the position:Increasing the subscriber base in to its area of ​​responsibility by monitoring the processes of connection and subscriber service, modernization and support of the FTTB access network.

Main duties:

• Control the timing of network recovery and confirm the reliability of volumes materials used during emergency recovery works;
• Search and submit for approval promising addresses for the construction of new FTTB network facilities;
• Control the progress of construction and installation works and provide support to the GPO in the construction process;
• Check the volume and quality of the work performed and draw up the audit protocol;
• Check the executive documentation of the built objects;
• Submit proposals regarding the construction of passive indoor infrastructure (LCD, VBSS), to agree, control the progress of BMR implementation and take into operation
• Control the progress of planned and preventive works (PPR) on the access network in accordance with the approved plan-schedule;
• Control the capacity of subscriber ports and, if necessary, create a Change in the TTWOs system to install additional switches.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher, preferably technical;
• Work experience: preferably in the field of construction, maintenance of telecommunication networks;
• Availability of own car, willingness to use in for official purposes. Expenses will be reimbursed;
• PC: confident user of MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Office;
