• Installation of OS and Applied Programs on PC, setting up peripheral devices, connecting a PC to a local network, installing drivers, adjusting the user to a specific army
• Support of servers and communication equipment (prompt support of equipment, restarting servers restart and active network equipment, solving local network problems)
• Communication with users, solving technical problems related to software and hardware of PC users, office office equipment

Successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Higher Education
• Knowledge of the Principles of Network
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
• Experience with Peripheral Devices, Setup ability Connecting
• SCS Network Experience
• User Support Experience-Preferably
• Experience in Support Programs (OTRS or Other Ticket Systems)-Preferably
• Communicativeness, fast learning ability, fluent in the state language, benevolence
