Technical support specialist in Novus

The NOVUS company, one of the most successful and promising supermarket chains in Ukraine, invites a technical support specialist to its team

< strong>Main duties:

1. Maintenance/adjustment of personal computer equipment in stores

2. Maintenance/adjustment of printing equipment in stores

3. Maintenance/adjustment of trading equipment (scales, cash registers, price checkers, data collection terminals)

4. Installation of equipment and installation/configuration of computers

5. Consultations and user support for working with equipment, including specialized software

6. Work in the Servise Desk system, sorting and processing of the incoming incident group, monitoring the resolution of incidents in terms of SLA terms of the company.

7. Minor equipment repair

8. Coordination and control of the contractor for the maintenance of trade, personal and printing equipment.

9. Control and accounting of equipment movement, participation in global and partial OS inventories.

10. Participation in IT development projects

11. Ensuring information security in accordance with company standards.

12. Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the enterprise's IT infrastructure, in accordance with the company's standards

13. Conducting monthly IT infrastructure maintenance (PC cleaning, assessment of working conditions) in the company's IT: cashier workplaces, non-Czech printing scales, CSR, office workplaces.
