Our team has a vacancy for the position of Software Support Specialist.

Key tasks:

• Supporting users and workstations

  • Supporting PCs, laptops, peripherals, Windows OS

  • Setting up workplaces, accounts, access

  • Solving incidents 1-2 lines of support, escalation of complex cases

  • Incident management in Service Desk

  • 
    

• Administration and Infrastructure

  • Administration of Active Directory:

  groups

  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365 support and administration:

  • accounts

  • security

  • Basic network administration:

  • local network

  • Wi-Fi

  • VPN

  • interaction with providers

• Systems and processes

  • Monitoring the operation of application systems and services

  • Software Update Control

  • Underpreparation of instructions and user documentation

  • Participation in testing new releases

  • Analysis and elimination of recurring incidents

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in software support. 
• Understanding the principles of CRM and integrations. 
• Experience supporting user software.
