This specialist works in the user support department of the company's contact center. Responsible for interaction with users, consulting on technical and financial aspects of the product over the phone.


          Requirements:

• High level of command of the English language;
• PC proficiency;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and willingness to learn;
• Communicability;
• High level of self-organization;
• Experience in related fields will be preference.
  
  
  Your duties:
• Initial consultation of clients on the company's product;
• Determining the need and individual approach to each client;
• Management of the client from the consultation to the signing of the contract;
• Maintenance of reports based on the results of their work.
