Understanding of the principles of network operation (Ethernet, switching, routing in IP networks). with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Cacti...), billing systems, CRM Ability to learn; Competent Ukrainian language; Punctuality, responsibility; Willingness to learn and develop; Responsibilities: reception and processing of requests (phone, e-mail, chat) from legal and natural persons-clients of the company, monitoring the operation of the network, equipment; preference is given to candidates who worked in the TP of trunk operators and traffic exchange points. Work schedule: shifts, (shift — 12 hours). Remote work.
