Technical Support Representative in GotYourBack Support

The GotYourBack Support company has a vacancy for a Technical Support representative. - Provide customers with high-quality technical support, including system diagnostics, configuration and troubleshooting;
- Assist customers with possible software/hardware issues;
- Answer product and service questions;

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent technical skills;
- Above average English language skills (there are calls);
- Flexibility;
- Proactivity;
- Stress resistance;
- Higher technical education/technical support experience will be an advantage.
