A telecommunications company needs a technical support operator for remote work. Responsibilities: - Technical support of the company's customers in telephone mode. - Setting up applications on stb android, customer TVs. - Processing applications from the company's website. - Telephone calls to customers. Requirements: 1) Polish language - spoken (required). 2) English language - basic (ability to read English, conversational will be +). 3) Knowledge of PC (fluency in installing programs, basic knowledge of Excel). 4) Knowledge of Android systems (installation, settings) applications on the Android OS). 5) Having your own PC. We also consider candidates without work experience. Compensation - 700 dollars/month + bonuses.-Training.
