The SuperGra brand is looking for a Technical Support Operator who will become part of a team of professionals and help maintain the highest level of customer service. Expectations from the candidate: Competent command of written and spoken Ukrainian. Typing speed from 150 characters/min. Multitasking and adaptability. Ability to understand customer needs. Key tasks: Accompanying and supporting customers in the format of chats and in telephone mode. Analysis of the reason for the appeal and provision of technical support.
