Technical support operator (written communication, without personal communication with the client)
- location: Kiev (not remotely);
- schedule: 5/2, 08:00- 18:00; - wages: 18 000 UAH + bonus system (depending on the efficiency of request processing)


Description of position : 'We are looking for a responsible and communicative specialist who will interact with clients in text format with the expansion />
Basic responsibilities :
1. Processing client requests according to the regulations;
2. Providing online services (Bintel, Persia, Microsip, etc.);
3. Analysis and classification of appeals, transfer of complex cases to the corresponding departments; 
4. Control of Request Status and High Maintenance Service.
