We invite a Technical Support Operator to join the team. Night shifts only. Responsibilities:
— Accepting incoming calls from subscribers;
— Consulting subscribers on technical issues, monitoring network performance;
— Identifying and eliminating network problems;
— Knowledge of TCP/IP DHCP network protocols, VPN
— Working with switches: Dlink, Eltex, HP, Mikrotik, TP-Link;
— Configuring routers: Dlink, Mikrotik, Tp-Link, Netis, etc.
Requirements :
— Responsibility, attentiveness.
Conditions:
— Comfortable office in the village Kotovsky.
— Financial reward from UAH 14,000/month.
— Working schedule 2/2 from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Mon-Fri., from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Sat-Sun .
