Booking service "7 Sichey" invites you to consider the vacancy of a technical support operator! Full time, remote. We work with clients in Ukraine and Europe.   

Responsibilities:

• Helping and advising site users to successfully book bus tickets;
• Processing a constant flow of leads, phone calls; 
• Customer support, provision of all necessary information;
• Keeping records in CRM OneBox, using Binotel telephony:
• Working according to Customer Service Standards;
• Quality control.

Requirements:

• higher education;
• technical literacy, deep understanding of the reservation system, payment systems;
• ability to explain easily; 
• speed, sociability,responsibility, decency,
• preferred work experience in technical support,
• competent oral and written language,
• experience with CRM, telephony. 

Working conditions:

• Basic training and on-the-job support are provided.
• Work at home, full time. Needed: computer, smartphone, headset. Telephony is provided, communication is paid for.
• Schedule 5\2, sometimes 6\1,8 hours a day;
• The possibility of getting discounts on bus tickets.
• Competitive working conditions.

Motivation system:

• Salary plus % from our commission. When meeting the planned indicators, the total earnings are up to UAH 23,000 and above.
