Technical support operator in Aerorozvidka, GO

DUTIES
- communication with system users via messengers (messages, audio and video calls), assistance in development answering their questions
— recording and prioritizing all requests
— reproducing bugs and analyzing system logs as needed
— finding and developing non-standard/creative solutions to cover user requests
— sharing experience with other team members, constant self-learning
- compliance with high requirements for the quality of work

REQUIREMENTS
- desirable knowledge and work experience in the IT field (Junior Developer, QA, BA)
- competent language, punctuation and spelling (Ukrainian and English)
- politeness, patience, non-conflict and communication skills
- the ability to learn quickly, handle large volumes of diverse information and work in multitasking mode
- the ability to work in a team
- living in Kyiv
- experience in technical support/testing will be an advantage
- experience of working and communicating with clients/users will be an advantage

CONDITIONS
- polygraph at the final stage
- office work, 5 shifts per week (8-hour shifts in the range from 8am to 10pm)
— registration under the employment contract
