Technical Support Manager (Retail Software) in IT-Enterprise

Functional tasks:

• Providing first-line support advice to customers.
• Assisting customers in working with the product (basic settings, explanations functional).
• Working with hot leads who want to buy a product. Product presentation, conclusion of contracts, invoicing.
• Support of new customers: onboarding, first steps, answers to questions.
• Fixation of appeals and results in the CRM system.

Our expectations:

• Experience of working with clients (support, consulting, sales, account management) - from 1 year.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
• Experience in the field of retail trade. Basic knowledge of processes: cash register, warehouse, sales, primary accounting.
• Understanding the principles of operation of SaaS services or accounting / trading programs.
• Ability to explain complex things in simple words.
• Communication and customer orientation.
• Willingness to learn quickly and work with a new product.
• Willingness to do additional sales.
