Technical Support Manager (L1) in ViyarTech

We are looking for a manager of the first line of technicalsupport (system admins) - a person with experience who will come not just to manage the process, but to rethink and improve it.

Technical support of the Viyar company serves more than 2,000 internal customers, has a fleet of more than 35,000 units and branches in 17 cities of Ukraine and of Poland

Your tasks:

• Go into the process, analyze what works and what needs to be changed - and act.
• Manage a technical support team of 10+ specialists.
• Ensure continuous functioning of the first line of support (Service Desk).
• Monitor compliance with SLA.
• Formation and compliance with routine maintenance of office equipment.
• Implementation and maintenance of the relevance of the knowledge base.
• Formulate reports on the main indicators of the team’s work.
• Formation of the shift schedule and business trips.
• Coordinate the work of regional system administrators.

Necessary expertise:

• Experience in a similar or related position for 4+ years.
• Experience in managing a team of 5+ people.
• System thinking - you can not only solve problems, but also find their root cause.
• Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.
• Experience with Jira (or other Service Desk), AD, Windows administration.
• Experience in product or manufacturing companies will be an advantage.

Hiring process:
