A successful product company based in Israel, and Dnipro has an open position of Technical support manager.
Responsibilities:
Support internal and external customers
Communicate with third-party services and create the settings accordingly to their guides
Acquire and document in-depth technical knowledge of the client’s products and services
Sort and handle tickets from support L2
Work with CRM settings with deep logic
Take an extremely active interest in the business logic of the product and study it fast
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in tech support
English B2 level (both writing, reading, and verbal skills)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
logic is well developed, and it is possible to learn information quickly
Knowledge in networking: standard internet protocols and ports, network monitoring and other basic technical skills
High motivation for innovation and ability to explore and drive new ideas and technologies, think and learn independently
