Requirements for the candidate:

— Higher education (technical specialty will be an advantage);

— Work experience in technical support from 1 year;< /p>

— Experience working with Helpdesk systems (Intercom, ZenDesk, etc.), CRM, software for remote connection, software for creating screenshots, screencasts;

— Understanding the principles of web services (HTTP, SSL, DNS, Cache, API etc) and possessing a minimum set of utilities (ping, who-is, ns lookup...);

— Skills of working with various OS, browsers, mobile devices;

p>— Competent Ukrainian language (written, spoken);

— Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate level, technical dictionary).
