Among the responsibilities:
— Competent and quick answers to customer questions (in writing);
— Fluency in Ukrainian and English;
—Creating screenshots with interface functionality;
—Filling the "Question-Answer" database: FAQ and other instructions for the user;
—Testing the functionality of the service;
< p>—Monitoring service performance, incident management.—Work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., lunch break;
Requirements for the candidate:
— Higher education (technical specialty will be an advantage);
— Work experience in technical support from the
— Experience with Helpdesk systems (Intercom, ZenDesk, etc.), CRM, software for remote connection, software for creating screenshots, screencasts;
- Understanding of the principles of web services (HTTP, SSL, DNS, Cache, API etc) and possession of a minimal set of utilities (ping, who-is, ns lookup...);
— Skills of working with different OS, browsers, mobile devices;
— Competent Ukrainian language (written, oral);
- Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate level, technical dictionary).

Will be an advantage: strong>
— Experience with our or similar systems;
- Manual testing experience;
- Experience writing instructions, FAQ;
- Skills with Figma, Postman, Chrome Inspector.
