We are looking for a person who likes to communicate, learns quickly and knows how to find a common language with people. The one who is not afraid to understand a new product and help others do the same.
What you will do:
- answer customer inquiries and help them understand the platform;
- teach new users;
- conduct online presentations;
- maintain good relations with clients;
- work for a result shared by the entire team.
What we expect:
- experience in a similar role (service support, customer service manager, etc.) from 1 year;
- the ability to communicate with people and be attentive to details;
- organization and responsibility, especially in a remote work format.
