To extend customer support time, the company is looking for Technical Support Manager for Graphics:
On weekdays 18:00 - 22:00, and on weekends 10:00 - 19:00 .

• Clear and Competent Language

• -Entrance Experience in the Bank, with CRM;

  PC-above medium, knowledge of the MS Office package;

• Knowledge of SQL

• The ability to work with the developer tools in Chrome

• Firebase Logs Experience

• The ability to work as a team

Obligations:

Knowledge of Product, answers to the basic questions of product and ways to solve technical issues

• Help in solving questions in online

• fixation of bugs for IT unit

• Control of the terms of solving client questions
