We are currently looking for a consulting engineer for the technical support line in the direction of accounting automation, electronic document flow and M.E.Doc reporting

• Sufficient command of a PC;
• Clear and competent pronunciation;
• Communicability;
• Ability to learn quickly and master a large amount of information ;
• Ability to work in a team;

• Technical customer support for software: configuration, updates, solving technical issues;
• Customer consultations by phone and in writing (e-mail, messengers);
• Solving client issues using remote access;
