- Know Postgresql and MySQL and can create and read requests
- Knows Mongodb and Elastic and has skills in creating and reading requests
- Understand interaction through REST/soap
- Has experience working with one of these tools: elk, grafana, Greylog or Open Search
- Knows the basic principles of webshield architecture and operation of network protocols
- has analytical thinking and skills to solve complex technical problems
- can work both in a team and on your own
- is carefully attributed to details and oriented to the result
- is able to clearly and clearly explain the technical questions
- To handle escalations from first and second levels of support
- Manage a team, set tasks and priorities
- Explore complex technical cases and find a solution for them
