Who are we looking for?
Technically trained specialist with a high level of proficiency in debugging and monitoring tools. Curiosity and initiative - it's a must! Our candidate does not just respond to a request at the Service Desk or to a notification from the monitor, but also analyzes problems, collects statistics and suggests improvements to constantly increase the level of quality and reliability of the product.
Our expectations: - Understanding of client-server architecture;
- Understanding the working principles of Rest API;
- Practical skills in working with monitoring systems (DataDog, Sentry or similar);
- Working skills with Jira & Confluence;
- Basic understanding of SCRUM processes.
What needs to be done:
- Processing and solving requests coming from internal users;
- Creation of bug reports, informing about fixes;
- Analysis of logs and operations in the system;
- Monitoring of system metrics and services;
- Informing about failures or anomalies in the operation of the product;
- Collection of analytics on system failures, anomalies and problems;
- Interaction with the product team: PO's, QA's, developers, etc.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the product's internal structure, integrations and data exchange flows;
