Technical Support Engineer (VTP RC Zimna Voda) in Fozzy group

How we see our dream candidate ?

•  Education in the field of IT is especially welcome, but not required;
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Willingness to develop and learn ;
• Fluency in PC, office programs, experience in local and remote network administration;
• Installation of operating systems and other software;
• Windows OS administration, understanding of networks.

What will you do?

• Registration of incidents, errors (PO G.O.L.D.);
• Debug and support of radio terminals/scanners and others;
•  User support, help in using the workplace and software;
• Inconsistency check;
• Processing routes, orders, etc.;
• Transport load handling;
• Lot adjustment and other warehouse processes.

Work schedule- variable: there are day and night shifts, (day shifts from 08:00 to 20:00, night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00) - 14 shifts per month.

Work at the Zimna Voda RC (Zymna Voda village, Lviv region), delivery to the place of work is available.
