Technical Support Engineer - TENTENS Tech in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer for our partner company TENTENS Tech.

TENTENS is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has experience in successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always run far beyond the horizon.

What challenges await you in the role of Technical Support Engineer:

—Tracking in live mode the state of the company's technical systems, which are constantly developing over 10 teams;

—Identifying and escalating incidents affecting the user experience and business performance;

—Collaboration in solving cases with engineering guild specialists, support teams and even C-level employees;

—Finding the most effective ways to quickly categorize and prioritize errors encountered by users;

—Developing an extensive multi-level monitoring system.

What you will need to do:

—Monitoring systems 24/7;

—Development and support of monitoring and alerting systems;

—Troubleshooting and escalating incidents;

—Playing gods and bug reporting;

—Technical support assistance;

—Downloading information from databases.

What is important to us:

—Analytical thinking and the ability to simply communicate complex information;
— Communication skills;

— Basic knowledge of computer networks (understanding the TCP/IP model, etc.how the user gets an answer to his request)

- Basic knowledge of Linux (working with the command line and basic problem identification skills);

- Basic knowledge of SQL (writing SELECT queries);

—Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, etc.) and bug tracking systems (YouTrack, Jira, etc.) will be a plus.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation, which was created by the company's employees. As part of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
