Technical support engineer (Support Level 1) in HostPark

Hostpark invites candidates for a vacancy "Another Engineer of Technical Support". 

in connection with the active expansion we are looking for responsible staff to our team. 

Basic deposits chi :

• Consultation of subscribers about technical questions. 
• Monitoring of the company's technological equipment. 
• Elimination of technical faults of the company's technological equipment and/or equipment of subscribers who ordered the support of the service. 
• Orders processing. 
• Communication with partners and employees of DC (if necessary). 
• It is possible to leave the DC in Kiev for technical work with equipment (day period). 
• Initial experience in UNIX (Linux, FreeBSD) and Windows OS at least 1 year. 
• Understanding the work of Internet protocols at the base level (HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP3, SMTP). 
• Ability to work with network utilities (SSH, SSP, DIG, NSLOOKUP, WHOIS, HOST, MTR/Tracert). 
• It is advisable to have an experience of administering a lamp server (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP). 
• Ability to analyze the system logs of the OS to detect and troubleshoot. 
• Self -making a decision within its competence. 
• prompt response to incoming telephone and written requests from subscribers. 
• Customer orientation.
