- Consultation of subscribers about technical questions.
- Monitoring of the company's technological equipment.
- Elimination of technical faults of the company's technological equipment and/or equipment of subscribers who ordered the support of the service.

- Communication with partners and employees of DC (if necessary).

- Initial experience in UNIX (Linux, FreeBSD) and Windows OS at least 1 year.
- Understanding the work of Internet protocols at the base level (HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP3, SMTP).
- Ability to work with network utilities (SSH, SSP, DIG, NSLOOKUP, WHOIS, HOST, MTR/Tracert).
- It is advisable to have an experience of administering a lamp server (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP).
