Technical support engineer (shift work) in Metinvest Digital

We invite you to our technical support and computer repair teamin Zaporizhzhia! We are currently looking for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER with 1-2 years of experience. Knowledge of network technologies will be an advantage. If you are interested in working in the direction of administration and technical support and are looking for development - join us.

| KEY TASKS:

• Maintenance and block repair of computer equipment.
• Installation and administration of user workstations running Windows OS.
• Installation of standard and specialized software.
• Search, analysis and correction of software errors in the operation of software and operating systems.
• Configuration and maintenance of servers running Windows Server of various versions. 

| YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

• Engineering and technical education (electronic systems, computer science, computer and network engineering, communication); are also ready to consider senior year students - the work schedule allows combining with studies.
• (!) Ability and opportunity to work in shifts , including at night (work schedule: day shift -> night shift -> 2 days off). Evening and night hours are paid at an increased rate.
• Sure knowledge of client versions of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office.
• Experience in system administration of workstations based on MS Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of typical configurations, characteristics of SVT components, peripheral and network equipment and their compatibility.
• Basic concepts of the principles of operation of structured cable networks (SCM).
• Ability to work with technical documentation, instructions, manuals and methods of major hardware manufacturers.
• Responsibility, punctuality, organization.
• Communication, stress resistance,
• Attention to details. Willingness to learn and use acquired knowledge in practice.
