  • Organization: ability to work with several tickets at the same time, monitor the status of requests, provide timely updates and maintain correct documentation;

  • Team interaction: ability communicate effectively with internal teams and escalate tasks with full context and proper documentation;

  • Practical experience of working with Linux and/or Windows servers;
  • Understanding the principles of web services and databases (for example, MySQL, MSSQL);
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (CheckMK, Prometheus, Grafana);
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins;
  • Experience with GitHub or GitLab;
  • Experience using any ticketing systems.
