Technical support engineer (remote) in Athletics

We are looking for Technical support engineer in the IT department.

What we are waiting for from you:

• Technical higher education;
• Experience of working with technical user support for at least 1 year;
• Experience and knowledge of OS installation and support< Windows, OS Linux, MS Office and standard software;
• Basic knowledgeof network protocols and the basics of working with the network (TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP), experience in physical installation, telephony settings;
• Knowledge of PC hardware, printer settings and other office peripheral equipment;
• Experience with retail IT equipment (cash registers, thermal printers, scanners/printers) - (desirable).

What to do:

• Provision of technical support for IT equipment, peripherals, communication channels and software in retail stores;
• Consultation and support of users on working with IT systems and equipment ;
• Visits to the Company's stores and facilities for diagnostics, maintenance and replacement of equipment if necessary;
• Working with the application management system (HelpDesk type): reception, processing and effective routing requests from users.
