Responsibilities:

• Ensuring reliable functioning of IT systems

• User support

• Installation and configuration of workplaces

• Ensuring the functionality of peripheral equipment, calling a master, ensuring warranty repairs

• Accounting for equipment in a specialized system

• Knowledge of building principles based on TCP/IP protocols

Requirements:

• Knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge of peripherals and office equipment

• Good communication skills

• Diagnostics and troubleshooting in hardware, software

• Knowledge of operating systems of the Windows family

• Preparation for operation and issuance of new equipment to users

• Accounting in the operative and accounting system
