Your tasks during the working day:

• Registration and processing of user requests in the HelpDesk system
• Support for self-produced software on Ubuntu
• Installation on Windows, Linux PCs
• Providing assistance to users in solving technical problems when using the product
• li> Providing technical information on product functionality
• Collecting statistics and analysis upon request
• Collaborating with other company departments to improve the product

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• Understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack, working principles of DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT
• Solid knowledge of Linux OS
• Experience solving technical problems, locally and remotely
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High responsibility and results orientation
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products
