We are looking for a technical support engineer who does not just respond to requests, but takes responsibility for the stable operation of services and brings each case to a real solution, not a formal closure ticket.
The mission is to quickly restore the functionality of services for operators, solving technical incidents and requests so that users work stably with the product and maintain trust in the company.
Main tasks:
- Operative work with incoming requests from operators in chats
- Technical diagnosis of incidents directly during the dialogue
- Independent resolution of most requests without escalation
- Bringing each case to actual result
- Clear, understandable and professional technical communication
- Preparation, updating and support of technical documentation
Expected results:
- Requests are processed and resolved on the same day
- Most issues are closed without the involvement of other teams
- The number of repeated requests is gradually decreasing
- Escalations are only justified, with full technical diagnostics
Our expectations:
- Ability to analyze technical problems and find the root cause
- Willingness to take responsibility for the result

- Ability to clearly explain technical solutions
Technical requirements:
- Experience in technical support of 1 year or more
- Sufficient knowledge of Linux (especially Ubuntu) and basic administration principles
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT
- Experience in solving technical problems locally and remotely
Will be a plus:
- Work experience with system operation or incident management
- Working with logs, monitoring, alerts
- Participation in creating or maintaining technical documentation
