We are currently looking forTechnical Support Engineer (L2) & Junior QA is a detail-oriented individual interested in understanding how digital products work, finding bugs, and helping make the service better for thousands of users.

This is a role for those with a "detective mindset". You will not only have to test new features, but also, if necessary, investigate why the client may be having problems. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is interested not only in finding bugs, but also in helping to deal with technical issues inside the product.

What is important for this role:

  • Experience on a commercial project;

  • Development life cycle(STLC); style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    Attention to details and analytical thinking;

  • Ability to clearly describe found bugs;

  • Understanding how web services (REST API) work;

  • Basic understanding of frontend and backend">Basic skills of working with Postman API);

  • Ability to write SQL queries for data selection and analysis (Select, Join);

  • Ability to work without complete documentation;

  • Willingness to learn and develop in the field of QA.

It will be a plus:

  • Experience testing web or mobile applications;

  • Experience with Jira / Asana or other task managers;

  • Basic understanding of how RabbitMQ works;

  • Experience in technical support or with customer technical inquiries; 

  • Interest in fintech products.

What will you do:

  • L2 Support: analysis of calls from the call center (L1), other departments. Searching for the causes of errors in internal systems, working with logs and databases. Help in analysis and initiation of technical incidents or non-standard situations in the system;

  • Testing: manual testing of tasks (Jira) and support of tasks in production, introduction and support of test cases, preparation of bug reports

  • Integrations: testing interaction with partner services (UBKI, Payment systems, etc.).

  • Interaction with the development team and internal departments of the company to find and solve problems.
