Technical Support Engineer ( L2 ) in Softengi

Softengi is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (2-line support), who will join the experienced team of a leading Ukrainian telecommunications company in the Kyiv office!

What criteria do you fit for us

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Skills in working with network equipment (routers, modems, switches).
• Experienced PC user.
• Basic knowledge of AD, VPN, Office 365.
• Confident use of Linux/Windows.
• Software configuration and consulting regarding office equipment support.
• Communication and ability to work with users.
• Responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance.
• Ability to work in a team in multitasking mode.
• Orientation on the client.
• Desire to learn and develop.

It will be an advantage:

• Understanding the principles of network operation (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VoIP, etc.).

Schedule:

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Essential Functional Responsibilities

• Receiving calls and providing remote IT support for users.
• Registration, routing and handling of appeals/incidents according to SLA.
• Equipment setup and repair, installation and support of operating systems (hardware/OS setup & repair).
• Execution of tasks from the manager.
• Work in a team.
