- Basic knowledge of AD, VPN, Office 365.

- Responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance.
- Ability to work in a team in multitasking mode.
- Orientation on the client.
- Desire to learn and develop.
It will be an advantage:
Understanding the principles of network operation (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VoIP, etc.).
Schedule:
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Essential Functional Responsibilities
- Receiving calls and providing remote IT support for users.
- Registration, routing and handling of appeals/incidents according to SLA.
- Equipment setup and repair, installation and support of operating systems (hardware/OS setup & repair).
- Execution of tasks from the manager.
- Work in a team.
