Technical Support Engineer (L2) in Ajax Systems

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Support (L1/L2) experience from 1 year;
• experience with databases;
• Understanding the basics of API, data transmission formats (JSON, XML);
• Knowledge of the HTTP Protocol;
• Experience with ATLASSIAN (JIRA, CONFLUENCE, DASHBOARDS, REPORTS);
• Knowledge of Testing Theory;
• Ability to Plan Your Time and Determine Priorities; l> Ability to find an approach to people;
• Critical thinking.

Task:
• Processing incoming requests from partners, clients (through L1 Support Team) and a technical team of the company;
• promptly resolve issues from L1 Support that need research (on server side) and involvement of a team of developers or other technical specialists of the company;
• processing of emerging incidents, their analysis, priority, tracking statuses, timely escalation;
• Analysis problems;
• Monitoring the current state of the system, tracking and response to monitoring triggers;
• Creating a knowledge base for typical solutions from the most common problems and maintaining the relevance of documentation;
