What will be the focus of our technical support manager?
- Processes appeals from colleagues as the first/second lines of service desk processing. Resolves or redirects appeals;
- Monitors the status of workplaces, informs about the status of solving the incident/problem;
- Conducts routine work and interacts with related units and/or service providers;
- Installs and tests software and hardware of workplaces;
- Participates in procurement of equipment and consumables, their installation and configuration;
- Participates in IT maintenance and support, regularly updates and monitors the workload of PCs/laptops, peripheral devices;
- Regularly reports to the immediate supervisor on the status of appeals and tasks;
and support for Windows OS, MS Office and standard software;
