We invite a Service Desk Engineer to the team. Place of work - Kyiv, str. S. Khorobrogo, 19. Format - office.

We are looking for a specialist who will help employees work effectively with IT systems and ensure the stable operation of equipment and services in the company.

What will be included in the tasks:

  • Providing technical support to employees (PC, software, peripherals, corporate systems)
  • Processing requests in the Service Desk: registration, classification and resolution of incidents and requests
  • Preparation and configuration of workplaces (installation of OS, software, equipment connection)
  • Management of accounts and access according to security policies
  • User consultation and help in solving typical questions
  • Documenting solutions and updating the knowledge base

  • Experience in installing and configuring software and hardware
  • Ability to work with documentation and create instructions
  • Confident use of office tools

Will be a plus:

  • Higher education in IT or a related field
  • Experience in technical support or administration of 6 months or more
