What will you do:

• reception and processing of subscriber applications;
• carrying out technical diagnostics of the Internet connection;
• remote service restoration;
• assistance in setting up the subscriber's network equipment.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• you are fluent in the Ukrainian language
• you have a higher education (technical);
• you know the basics of computer work of computer and telecommunications equipment;
• know the basic technologies of building SCS networks;
• have experience in installing and configuring subscriber network equipment;
• know how to configure network connections, find and troubleshoot;
• you are communicative and have competent oral communication, responsible, punctual, diligent.
