Technical Support Engineer (GPS) in Antenor, OOO

The "Antenor" company specializes in the sale and installation of satellite transport monitoring systems (sales of GPS equipment and services related to relevant maintenance).

Antenor has more than 10 years of experience in the development of IT solutions and equipment.

In connection with the expansion of the staff, we invite you to work technical support engineer.

• Good diction and excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language (customer consultations exclusively in Ukrainian).
• Openness to communication.
• Ability to think analytically, mathematically and strategically.
• Experience doing with software.

Responsibilities:

• Working with GPS monitoring software, making settings and adjustments to the system.
• Phone consultations for new and existing clients on working with the monitoring system.
• Configuring GPS monitoring equipment.
• Working with programs, device configuration protocols, evaluating the performance and speed of equipment.
• Identification of possible causes of failure or incorrect operation of the equipment, with further adjustment in the monitoring system.
• Participation in the implementation of new functions and updates, testing and finalizing software changes.
• Working with additional services and sites.
