Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers (resolving appeals and incidents from several customers, consulting and providing necessary information to responsible customers).
• Analyze and solve problems arising in the operation of integration applications and related systems.
• Perform basic diagnostics and monitoring of integration processes.
• Keep documentation of incident handling and found solutions in the form of reports.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Basic knowledge of SQL, working with databases;
• Minimum knowledge in the field of working with APIs and websservices (REST, SOAP);
• Knowledge of operating systems: basic knowledge of working with operating systems (Windows, Linux);
• Attention to detail;
• Purposefulness;
• Independence and responsibility ;
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes;

Will be a plus:

• Basic programming skills (Java, ESQL or other languages);
• A basic understanding of the principles of systems integration.
